Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Customers may choose their preferred shipping carrier for the return. However, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered return packages.
