Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking details.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

True Elegance is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

True Elegance is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking your mailbox, entrance, reception area, or usual delivery location
  • Asking neighbors or your building concierge if applicable
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible.

United States Orders — Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees depending on the destination country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
